How PTC classifies ownership transactions. This is a taxonomy, not a list of examples.

  • An event describes what was announced or documented. Completion, consideration paid and post-transaction terms appear only where recorded.
  • "Not recorded" means PTC holds no value for that field. It does not mean the field is zero, absent or unfavourable.
  • What happens to an individual trader's account after an ownership change is governed by the acquiring firm's terms. PTC does not generalise that outcome across transactions.
