Counts are calculated from the events returned to this page. PTC does not publish an aggregate disclosed-transaction value, because disclosed values are not recorded for most events.

Transaction types
How PTC classifies ownership transactions. This is a taxonomy, not a list of examples.
How to read this record
- An event describes what was announced or documented. Completion, consideration paid and post-transaction terms appear only where recorded.
- "Not recorded" means PTC holds no value for that field. It does not mean the field is zero, absent or unfavourable.
- What happens to an individual trader's account after an ownership change is governed by the acquiring firm's terms. PTC does not generalise that outcome across transactions.
