These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PropTradeCenter.com (“PropTradeCenter”, the “Site”), operated by Bozz International Ltd. / Wayzer Analytics (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Finland (Business ID: 2831450-3).

By accessing or using PropTradeCenter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the Site.

1. About PropTradeCenter

PropTradeCenter is an independent research and market-intelligence platform focused on the proprietary trading industry.

The Site may provide:

• prop trading firm dossiers and company information,
• PTC rankings, indexes, scores, and analytical indicators,
• industry estimates and market statistics,
• research publications and research briefs,
• market and regulatory monitoring,
• product, plan, rule, and platform information,
• historical observations and change tracking, and
• other data, research, and analytical tools relating to the prop trading industry.

PropTradeCenter is intended primarily for users aged 18 or over.

2. Information and research purposes only

PropTradeCenter is provided for research, informational, and educational purposes only.

Nothing published on the Site constitutes:

• financial advice,
• investment advice,
• legal advice,
• tax advice,
• trading advice,
• a recommendation to buy or sell a financial instrument,
• a recommendation to purchase a prop trading challenge or program, or
• an endorsement or guarantee of any prop firm, broker, platform, or other third party.

You remain solely responsible for your own decisions.

Trading and participation in proprietary trading programs involve significant financial risk. You should independently verify relevant information and review the applicable firm's current rules, terms, fees, and risk disclosures before making a decision.

3. Rankings, indexes, scores, and estimates

PropTradeCenter produces proprietary rankings, indexes, scores, estimates, and analytical models.

These may be based on combinations of:

• directly observed information,
• company disclosures,
• public records,
• website and search data,
• third-party data,
• historical observations,
• calculated indicators,
• statistical models, and
• PTC research and methodology.

A PTC score, ranking, estimate, or classification is an analytical output, not a statement of guaranteed fact or future performance.

Coverage may vary between firms and metrics. Where evidence is incomplete, PropTradeCenter may:

• withhold a score,
• classify a score as provisional or partial,
• identify information as not independently verified, or
• exclude a firm from a particular published ranking.

Methodologies may evolve as the industry, available evidence, and data coverage change.

Where practical, material methodological changes are documented through our methodology and change-log framework.

4. Accuracy and changing information

We aim to provide accurate, well-sourced, and current information. However, the proprietary trading industry changes rapidly.

Firms may change:

• prices,
• account sizes,
• challenge structures,
• drawdown rules,
• payout policies,
• prohibited strategies,
• trading platforms,
• jurisdictions,
• ownership,
• operating status, and
• other material terms without notice to PropTradeCenter.

We therefore do not warrant that all information on the Site is complete, current, error-free, or applicable to every user.

You should verify material terms directly with the relevant firm before relying on them.

If you believe information published by PropTradeCenter is inaccurate, you may contact us or use the available correction/reporting channels.

5. Third-party data and sources

PropTradeCenter may incorporate information obtained from third-party sources, data providers, public websites, regulatory sources, company communications, social platforms, public records, and other external sources.

Third-party data remains subject to the rights, terms, methodologies, limitations, and availability of the relevant provider.

The inclusion of third-party information does not mean that PropTradeCenter independently guarantees every underlying data point.

Where appropriate, we distinguish between:

• observed data,
• third-party data,
• calculated metrics,
• PTC estimates, and
• unverified information.

6. Submitted reports and evidence

PropTradeCenter may allow users, traders, firms, or other parties to submit reports, corrections, evidence, URLs, or other information for editorial review.

By submitting information, you confirm that:

• you have the right to provide the information,
• the submission is made in good faith,
• you are not knowingly providing false or misleading information,
• the submission does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights, and
• you have not included confidential, private, or sensitive information that you are not authorised to disclose.

Submitting information does not guarantee publication.

PropTradeCenter may investigate, verify, reject, retain, summarise, or use submitted information as part of its research and editorial processes.

Where appropriate, submitted evidence may be retained privately as part of a research or editorial audit trail.

You grant Bozz International Ltd. / Wayzer Analytics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, analyse, store, and internally distribute submitted material for the purposes of research, verification, editorial review, corrections, and publication where legally appropriate.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your original material to us.

7. Editorial independence and commercial relationships

PropTradeCenter does not accept payment to alter a firm's ranking, index score, research conclusion, or editorial assessment.

The Site may contain:

• advertising,
• sponsorship,
• affiliate links,
• commercial partnerships, or
• other commercial arrangements.

Where appropriate, such relationships will be disclosed.

Commercial relationships do not guarantee:

• inclusion on PropTradeCenter,
• favourable research,
• a particular ranking,
• removal of negative information, or
• editorial approval.

Affiliate or referral compensation, where present, does not determine PTC ranking or scoring outcomes.

8. External links

PropTradeCenter contains links to third-party websites and services.

We do not control and are not responsible for:

• third-party websites,
• their content,
• their availability,
• their security,
• their privacy practices,
• their products or services, or
• transactions between you and a third party.

A link from PropTradeCenter does not by itself constitute an endorsement.

You access third-party websites at your own discretion and subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Permitted use

You may use PropTradeCenter for lawful personal, professional, journalistic, academic, research, or business-information purposes, subject to these Terms.

Reasonable quotation or reference to PTC research is permitted where the source is clearly attributed.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• reproduce substantial portions of PropTradeCenter content or databases,
• republish complete PTC rankings, datasets, research reports, or proprietary score tables as your own,
• systematically scrape, crawl, harvest, download, or extract the Site in a manner that creates a substitute database or service,
• use automated systems to overload, disrupt, or circumvent Site protections,
• reverse engineer proprietary scoring or technical systems except where permitted by mandatory law,
• remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices,
• misrepresent PTC data or research as your own,
• use PropTradeCenter content to create a misleading or deceptive product, or
• access restricted administrative or technical systems without authorisation.

Commercial licensing, data feeds, API access, or redistribution rights may be subject to separate agreements.

10. Intellectual property

Except for third-party material identified as such, PropTradeCenter's original content and intellectual property — including research publications, written analysis, graphics, designs, software, proprietary methodologies, indexes, score structures, database compilations, trademarks, and branding — belong to Bozz International Ltd. / Wayzer Analytics or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual property rights to you.

Individual facts and publicly available information remain subject to applicable law and any third-party rights. Our intellectual-property claims do not extend beyond rights recognised by applicable law.

“PropTradeCenter”, PTC-branded indexes and research products, and associated branding may not be used in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

11. Availability and changes to the Site

We may change, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of PropTradeCenter at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Features, datasets, rankings, research products, methodologies, or coverage may be added, removed, or modified as the platform develops.

We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, technical, legal, or operational reasons.

12. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PropTradeCenter is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that:

• all information is complete or error-free,
• estimates will correspond to actual market outcomes,
• rankings will predict firm quality or future performance,
• firms will remain operational,
• third-party services will perform as described, or
• use of the Site will result in any particular financial or commercial outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish and EU law, Bozz International Ltd. / Wayzer Analytics is not liable for losses arising from:

• trading or investment decisions,
• purchasing or participating in prop trading programs,
• reliance on a PTC ranking, score, estimate, research conclusion, or data point,
• inaccurate or outdated third-party information,
• changes made by a prop firm after PTC data was collected,
• acts or omissions of third-party firms or service providers,
• temporary Site unavailability, or
• indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including where applicable in cases of fraud, wilful misconduct, or other mandatory statutory liability.

For claims where a contractual limitation is legally permitted, our aggregate liability arising from use of the Site shall not exceed €100, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

14. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under Finnish or European Union consumer-protection law.

Where mandatory consumer law conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory legal provision takes precedence.

If PropTradeCenter later introduces paid consumer services, additional terms relating to pricing, payment, cancellation, withdrawal rights, and refunds may apply to those services.

15. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By submitting reports, evidence, enquiries, or other personal information to PropTradeCenter, you acknowledge that the information will be processed as described in that policy.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.

Where legally permitted, disputes arising from these Terms or use of PropTradeCenter shall be subject to the competent courts of Finland.

Nothing in this section restricts a consumer's right to bring a claim before another court where that right is provided by mandatory applicable law.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as PropTradeCenter develops or where required by legal, technical, or operational changes.

The Last updated date at the top of the page indicates the most recent revision.

Material changes may be communicated through a prominent notice on the Site or another appropriate method.

Continued use of PropTradeCenter after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
