PTC Reputation Index™
Firms ranked by what the market says about how they actually behave — trader reviews, transparency of conduct, and trust signal quality. Updated monthly.
Trustpilot rating and review volume — weighted for reliability
Ownership disclosure, CEO named, jurisdiction match
Red flag status and recent risk signals or regulatory events
The Reputation Index deliberately separates market size from reputation quality. A firm with millions of traders and strong brand recognition can still carry a caution flag, weak transparency signals, or recent risk events — all of which reduce their score regardless of scale. Several of the industry's largest firms by search volume rank well below smaller peers here, because a caution red flag status or thin disclosure directly reduces the score. Reputation is earned independently of size.
PTC Reputation Index™ is computed from publicly available Trustpilot data, firm disclosure research, and PTC's verified event database. It is an independent editorial assessment, not a financial recommendation. Methodology subject to revision as data coverage improves.
