PTC Forecasts are projections built on historical PTC data, seasonality models and scenario framing. Each forecast is backtested against prior snapshots and reviewed quarterly.

Scenario framing

Forecasts publish as a base case with explicit upside and downside scenarios, each tied to named drivers (regulation, adoption shifts, firm exits).
